You will receive a phone call or email to answer any questions you may have about CrossFit.

Step Two


The fundamental’s class runs Monday-Thursday @ 8:30 PM.  This class will be an hour long and will be exactly like our regular CrossFit classes except it will focus more on form before doing loaded movements. Once you complete 4 fundamental classes, you can move into regular classes.

If the fundamental class doesn’t fit your schedule or you want to complete fundamentals faster, you also have the option for 1-on-1 private sessions with one of our trainers. These three 1-on-1s will go over the basic movements found in CrossFit classes and focuses on proper form and mechanics. The class will also focus on building basic knowledge in the Olympic lifts (Clean&Jerk and Snatch). The three 1-on-1s will be run very similar to a class, as they will feature a warm-up, skill work, a workout scaled to your level, and stretching. The foundations classes are provided to get you moving safely and effectively before entering the regular classes. After you complete the three sessions, you will have two regular classes to make sure you are comfortable with the group class setting.

Step Three

Unlimited Membership

Unlimited Membership gives you access to all of the classes offered at Heavy Hitters CrossFit. You are free to come to whatever class fits your schedule and as many times a week as you wish. For best results, members come in 3-5 times a week depending on their goals and activity level.

– $125 – 3 1-on-1s + 2 member classes

– each Fundamentals comes with a week long trial
